When does your big day start? 8 o’clock on the day of the wedding?

We believe the big day starts way before the day of your wedding, approximately 1 or 2 months before.

The Pre-Wedding Shoot

This is where the big day starts. We believe you have to be comfortable with us and us with you, the better we get to know each other the better the photos will be. We believe the photos should reflect your personality, so how can they do that if we don’t know what your personality is?

So we meet up a month or so before the wedding and have an hours photo shoot, this is where we can get to know each other and I can get to know the sort of pictures that suit your personality. A number of photographs from this can be supplied free of charge, or you could even have the pre shoot photographs put into a separate album

If you don’t see you photographer between the booking and the wedding you will get the photographs your photographer wants, not the photographs you want.

The Booking

When you make an appointment to talk about your wedding we will go through a number of options, what you want us to photograph on the day, do you just want one photographer or two, and what sort of album you require. We can then build the package to suit your needs.

Things to think about for the wedding photographs;

• Do you want the bride preparations photographed?
• Obviously you will want the ceremony photographed, at least we hope so.
• Will we be going to a separate venue to do the photographs? Or will they be done at the reception venue?
• What about the reception and speeches?
• Do you require us to photograph in to the evening?

We always recommend you speak to at least 1 other photographer before booking, please don’t take this as we don’t want to do your wedding, as we do. We believe it’s important you make the right choices for your wedding, it’s more important to us you get what you want for your big day; we want satisfied customers not just customers.

Whether you use us or use another photographer, we have a number of contacts within the industry and we would be pleased pass on our experience and contacts should you require, from wedding cars to wine we have the contacts so please use them.

After the Big Day

We will edit the photographs and put them in a secure gallery online; this means no one can see the photographs unless they have your password. From these you can select the photographs required; from there we can build your album.

Once the album is designed we will show you the finished design for you to approve, we can make any changes you require until you approve the album.

We believe your album should tell the story of the day, and unless you tell us differently that’s how we will design the album. We use fine Italian albums that would look good in any home, but we will always offer a choice of albums to suit your needs.
